About our Gym
TOSÚ Training Club has been part of the Ballinasloe fitness community since 2021. Whether you’re brand new or getting back on track, you’ll be welcomed, coached, and supported from day one. No ego, no judgement — just honest coaching and a crew that wants to see you succeed.
A Busy Life Shouldn’t Mean Putting Your Fitness on Hold
Between work, family commitments, and weekends that disappear in a flash, it’s easy to let your fitness slip — and before you know it, you’re wondering how to get back to feeling strong, confident, and like yourself again without losing even more time with the people who matter. You don’t need a plan, a base level of fitness, or hours to spare — just one hour and the willingness to show up.
Coaching You Can Trust, Support You Can Feel
Our coaches don’t just count reps. They learn your name, understand your goals, and adjust every session so you’re always moving forward safely. That’s the difference between a gym and a coaching program.

Class schedule
We run classes 7 days a week, from 5:30am to 7:30pm, so there’s almost always a session that fits your day. Early mornings, lunchtime, and after work — pick what works and we’ll see you there.

Ballinasloe gym FAQs
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. Most of our members weren’t “gym people” when they walked in. Every workout is scaled to your current ability, so you start where you are and build from there. Your coaches are with you every step of the way.
What if I'm nervous or intimidated?
That’s completely normal — almost everyone feels that way before their first visit. You’ll be welcomed by name, coached with patience, and surrounded by members who remember exactly what that first day felt like. No ego, no pressure to keep up.
What does a typical class look like?
Classes are one hour. You’ll start with a warm-up, move into a strength or skill portion, then finish with a workout of the day. Your coach walks you through everything, adjusts movements to suit your level, and makes sure your form is solid before you add intensity.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
We work with people managing injuries, joint issues, and mobility limitations every day. Your coach will modify movements so you can train confidently and keep making progress without making anything worse.
How often should I train?
Most members start with 3 days a week and find a rhythm that works for their life. Consistency matters more than frequency — we’ll help you choose a schedule you can actually stick to.
Do you offer personal training and nutrition coaching?
Yes. You can do group classes, one-on-one coaching, nutrition coaching, or any combination. A lot of our members start with classes and add nutrition coaching once they’re settled in — that’s where the biggest changes tend to happen.
How much does Hyrox cost in Ballinasloe?
We have several membership options depending on how often you want to train and what level of coaching you’re looking for. The best way to find out what’s right for you is to book a free intro — we’ll walk you through everything with zero pressure.
