Membership Cancellation

To cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation request form on this page.

1. 28 days’ notice is required.
   Submission of this form serves as your 28 days’ written notice of cancellation.
2. Your membership remains active during the notice period.
   You will continue to have full access to your membership for the 28 days following submission of your cancellation request.
3. Payments will be prorated where required.
   If a membership payment falls within your 28-day notice period, the payment will be prorated to cover your membership access up to your cancellation date.
4. Your membership will end 28 days after your request is submitted.
   If you choose to return to TOSÚ Training Club in the future, the membership rates available at that time will apply.
